Qualifications: i) First class M.A. in Buddhist Studies/Ancient Indian History and Culture; ii) Ph.D. and/or UGC NET qualified in Buddhist Studies/Ancient Indian History and Culture.
Desirable qualifications: M.Phil. in Pali or Buddhist Studies. Weightage shall be given to the candidates with teaching and research experience in Buddhism. Relaxation of 5% marks shall be given to SC & ST candidates.
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100
